International Symposium on Sunflower and Climate Change, February 5-6, 2018 in Toulouse

This symposium will be the opportunity to gather breeders, producers and researchers working on sunflower from all over the world. The symposium will cover all areas of sunflower and adaptation to climate change research with updates on the most recent developments in all fields: agronomy, genetics, genomics… Our objectives are to have a high scientific level and to promote discussions among participants.

We have the pleasure to announce you that the International Symposium on Sunflower and Climate Change will take place in Hôtel-Dieu Saint-Jacques in the city of Toulouse (France) from February 5th to February 6th 2018.

This scientific symposiumis organized in the frame of the SUNRISE project, by the French research institute of agronomy (INRA Toulouse)  and the French technical center for oilseed crops, grain legumes and industrial hemp (Terres Inovia), in collaboration with the International Sunflower Association (ISA), the Association for Promotion of Oilseed Plant Selection (Promosol) and the InternationalConsortium for Sunflower Genomics Resources (ICSG).


 Abstract submission: September 1st, 2017 to the November 15th, 2017 (to be confirmed)

  • Registration:September 1st, 2017 to the January  15th, 2018 (to be confirmed)
  • Deadline for full text paper submission:January 15th, 2018 (to be confirmed)
